Supportive Job Coach Specialist's

Provide direct on the job work skills training, supervision and ongoing support to an individual. May include transportation to individuals employed in the community to ensure job retention. Act as a liaison with the managers, supervisors and co-workers, educating as needed.  Please click on the application to apply.

Youth specialists will work on early intervention (3-7) and/or adolescent at-risk youth (8-17) cases based on applicant interests, qualifications and availability. * Mentoring youth; assuming a positive leadership role and example through teaching, coaching, guiding, reminding, demonstrating, and redirecting your mentee. A Direct Care Worker provides several services depending on the needs of the consumers; these might include running errands, helping consumers move around their homes, prompting individuals on independent living practices, practice health and safety procedures while in the community as well as at home and achieving their goals that were set.

We service Macomb, Oakland and St. Clair County

  • MUST HAVE:

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Auto Insurance and working vehicle.

  • Education.

  • Must pass a comprehensive background examination.

 

The starting pay ranges from ($10.50 - $15.00) dependent on experience and education.
