Supportive Job Coach Specialists
provide direct on the job work skills training, supervision and ongoing support to an individual. May include transportation for individuals employed in the community to ensure job retention. A Direct Care Worker provides several services depending on the needs of the consumers; these might include running errands, helping consumers move around their homes, prompting individuals on independent living practices, practice health and safety procedures while in the community as well as at home and achieving their goals that were set.

The starting pay ranges from ($11.00- 17.00) dependent on experience and education.
